Event Restrictions
In the spirit of honesty and warmth, we cherish every celebration shared within our intimate space. Yet, it's essential to be transparent about our home's limitations. At L'Eau Hill, we believe in fostering a serene and harmonious environment for our guests and neighbors. To maintain this commitment, we have certain event restrictions in place. While we wholeheartedly embrace intimate gatherings and milestone celebrations, we must err on the side of caution with events that exceed our standard guest capacity, those that may attract heavy foot traffic/loitering in the neighborhood, have a probability for noise disturbances for neighbors, or that pose safety concerns for guests. We must also respectfully decline events featuring DJs, live music/bands, ticket sales, or public/social media marketing.
If your vision aligns with the house rules of our home, we will gladly extend our warm hospitality and assist you in creating unforgettable memories. For events that require more flexibility than we can offer, we're delighted to offer recommendations for alternative venues that may be available to cater to your occasion.
